We will work together to tackle various challenges. The goal is to provide you with the tools you need to overcome obstacles and lead a more fulfilling life. It's never too late to start living the life you've always wanted.

If you’re ready to feel steadier, less overwhelmed, and more present in your life and motherhood, you don’t have to do it alone.
Reach out today, support is available every step of the way.

Therapy can help you feel less overwhelmed, calmer in your body, and more emotionally steady — even when life and motherhood are still demanding.

You don’t need to fix everything. You just need a place to pause, exhale, and feel supported.

About Yadira Reyes, LCSW

Hi, I’m Yadira — a therapist who works with overwhelmed moms who feel emotionally stretched thin and exhausted by the mental load of motherhood.

I know firsthand how heavy motherhood can feel, especially when you’re trying to do everything “right” and still feel like it’s not enough.

In therapy, I offer a calm, supportive space where you don’t have to have it all figured out — just a place to exhale, feel understood, and begin feeling steadier again.

Healing starts here—because motherhood shouldn’t mean losing yourself.
1. A gentle place to start

Your first session is about slowing things down. There’s no pressure to know what to say — we’ll go at your pace and focus on what feels most heavy right now.

2. Feeling understood and supported

Together, we’ll explore what’s contributing to your overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, or anxiety — with compassion, not judgment.

3. Practical tools for real life

We’ll work on coping strategies, emotional regulation, and mindset shifts that actually fit into your life and motherhood — not more things to “do right.”

4. A steady, supportive relationship

Therapy is a collaborative space where you can show up as you are and gradually feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally steady over time.

What Working with Me Looks Like

Therapy with me is not about fixing you or telling you what to do. It’s about creating a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to untangle the overwhelm you’ve been carrying.

We’ll move at a pace that feels safe, focus on what matters most to you, and work on tools that help you feel steadier — both emotionally and in your day-to-day life.
