Online Therapy across California

for Overwhelmed & ADHD Moms

Helping you feel more grounded & steady, take care of you, and show up for your kids without burning out.

TELL ME IF THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR…

The house is a mess, you’re watching your kids run around, and you feel paralyzed thinking about everything you need to do.

It seems like your life can’t get organized, no matter how hard you try. You’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and always feel behind.

Sometimes you want to scream because you’re so overstimulated.

You’re trying to be a good mom - but you’re drowning in overwhelm.

You stay up at night feeling guilty about how you reacted, instead of responded, to your child.

You’ve been crying a lot.

Though you’ve heard the saying a million times - put your oxygen mask on first before helping others - you can’t remember the last time you had a moment for self-care.

YOU’RE HONEST ENOUGH TO ADMIT:

Motherhood is not what you expected - at all.

You feel grief about what you thought this was going to be.

You question if you can even do this.

It feels like you’re always letting someone down - whether it’s yourself, your partner, your baby, or your older children.

Everything feels hard.

OVERWHELMED MOMS & MOMS WITH ADHD:

You are not alone.

Credentials: LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)

HI THERE.

I’m Yadira Reyes - a fellow mom with ADHD, and a pregnancy & postpartum therapist for overwhelmed moms across California.

I understand the struggle of trying to show up for yourself and your children.

I know what it is like to feel bamboozled - to think that motherhood is going to be this magical experience, and for the reality to be completely different.

After my own difficult experiences with pregnancy & postpartum, I knew I didn’t want another mom to sit in her own shame & doubt, and have to “tough it out.”

I offer the support for moms that I wish I’d had in my early days of motherhood.

Across my 16+ years of clinical experience, I’ve heard it all - the things that moms don’t normally say out loud; the thoughts of “I didn’t think it would be this hard” and “I miss who I used to be.”

I’ve experienced many of the challenges that my clients experience - postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, mom rage, being late-diagnosed with ADHD, advocating for a child with medical challenges & special needs.

My clients appreciate that it’s easy to open up to me - because I genuinely get it, and I share the tools & expertise that can help you get through it, too.

Moms, let me help you:

  • regulate your nervous system & take care of yourself first, so that you can take care of your children without burning out

  • break generational cycles, parenting your kids in a different (& healthier) way than you were parented

  • find small ways to take care of yourself that feel practical & realistic, even with limited free time

  • learn how to communicate your needs in your relationship with your partner, and start to take up space in your own life

  • build confidence in your motherhood

  • connect with your inner knowing

  • feel more grounded & steady, even on the hardest days

You were never meant to do this alone.

What Clients Like About Working With Me

PRACTICAL, ADHD-FRIENDLY TOOLS

I simplify “therapy talk” and make it easy to understand. You’ll learn tools to calm your nervous system, quiet intrusive thoughts, and communicate better with your partner.

I'll also share HOW each tool works, so you feel confident about how & when to use them.

MY CARING, DOWN-TO-EARTH ENERGY

Moms appreciate my relatability. I may nod with you in sessions, because I know what it’s like to go through the exact parenting challenge you're describing.

Clients have referred to me as an older sister or mom figure, and say they can feel my care & heart in session.

MY CLINICAL EXPERTISE

As a licensed therapist, I bring 16+ years experience of working with moms, kids, & families.

I cater sessions to your needs, using evidence-based modalities like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) & mind-body, trauma-informed approaches.

The moms I work with go from feeling exhausted & overwhelmed,

trying to break unhealthy cycles they grew up with,

grieving a past version of themselves,

& nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight mode

to peace of mind,

building healthier, more connected relationships with their children,

feeling like themselves again,

finding the community that they need,

and giving themselves permission to rest.

I’D LOVE TO SUPPORT YOU, TOO.
