- We connect and talk about what support you’re looking for
- If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule your first therapy session
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Session Fees & Payment
$170 for a 55-minute therapy session
I accept HSA/FSA, all major credit cards, and provide superbills upon request.
Payment is due at the time of session.
Insurance Information (Out-of-Network Provider)
I am an out-of-network therapist, which means:
- I do not bill insurance directly
- Clients pay for sessions upfront
- I provide a **superbill** (a detailed receipt) that clients may submit to their insurance company for possible reimbursement
Some insurance plans reimburse a portion of out-of-network therapy costs. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits.
If insurance feels confusing, we can talk through this during the consultation.
Frequently Asked Questions
What should I expect from a consultation call with you?
The consultation is a free, 15-minute call where we talk about what’s been feeling most heavy. I’ll ask a few gentle questions, answer yours, and help you decide if working together feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure to commit.
How does telehealth therapy work?
Sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You can join from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Why does telehealth work so well for moms?
Telehealth removes barriers such as childcare, commuting, and scheduling challenges. Sessions can be done from home, during your work lunch or any private space, making therapy easier to maintain consistently.
What will therapy sessions be like?
Sessions are supportive, collaborative, and paced to your comfort level. We focus on what feels most overwhelming and work on tools that help you feel calmer and more emotionally steady.
What if I’m already on medication?
That’s completely okay. Therapy can work alongside medication and often helps deepen insight, coping skills, and emotional support.
How long will I need to be in therapy before I feel better?
Everyone’s experience is different, but many clients begin to notice relief within the first few sessions. Therapy focuses on steady, meaningful change rather than rushing the process.
Do you offer therapy packages?
Yes. In addition to individual sessions, I offer therapy packages:
- 4-Session Package — focused support around a specific concern or short-term goal
- 6-Week Package — deeper work and more sustained support
Package options can be discussed during the consultation. Packages are optional and designed for clients who want added structure and consistency.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. If you’re ready to feel more supported and less alone, I’m here.
No commitment required — just a chance to see if support feels right for you.
